There’s a lot of ways to do this. The first is to ensure your retrospective on the last day includes an action plan of what you’ll be doing next, and who will be responsible for those tasks. Reporting back to a senior leader, or sponsor is another way to keep the feedback loop in motion and get the support you need for ongoing initiatives. I personally like to create a small internal marketing campaign that can be shared with the organization and allow others to see what we’ve been working on. This has the dual outcome of creating ownership and public accountability for the project.
